SERVICES

Lot Survey

A survey to locate the property corners of a lot within a recorded subdivision.

Boundary Survey

A survey to determine the locations of the property lines of a parcel of land not located in a recorded subdivision.

ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey

A comprehensive survey to determine the locations of the property lines, locate improvements on the site, depict easements and encroachments affecting the site and other information pertaining to the use and occupation of the site. This survey is prepared in accordance with the Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys established in 1999 by the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping.

Topographic Survey

A survey to determine the locations of the improvements on the site and to depict the elevations and contours of a site.

Parcel Split/PArcel Combine

A survey to legally split a parcel of land or combine more than one parcels of land subject to state and municipal laws and regulations.

Legal Descriptions

A written description of a parcel or combination of parcels of land sealed by a registered land surveyor.

Subdivision Plat

A map based on a boundary survey subdividing a parcel of land into 4 or more lots subject to state and municipal laws and regulations.

Condiminium Plat

A map based on a boundary survey subdividing a parcel of land into “units” showing 3-dimensional occupancy space, common areas and limited common areas subject to state and municipal laws and regulations.

Aerial Control

A survey to set and locate aerial panels for use by an aerial mapping firm in their preparation of an aerial map.

Construction Staking

Setting of points in the field in a manner allowing contractors to construct improvements on a parcel of land.

As-Built Survey

A survey to locate the “as-built” locations of newly constructed improvements on a parcel of land.
